constellation practice

Your ancestors have a lot to teach you - are you ready to listen?

Building on the structures of existing family constellation wisdom and 17 years of dedicated exploration with constellations, our goal of this offering is to continue to contribute knowledge to the ever widening field of knowing.

Through creative and somatic practice, participants may:

  1. Map the invisible threads of your history

  2. Shift perspectives to reveal innate strengths

  3. Apply ancestral insights to enrich your present life

This transformative experience goes beyond traditional therapy. It's a chance to rewrite your story, understand your roots, and unlock your potential. Explore the power of your lineage.

Join us every Thursday evening 6pm - 7:30pm Pacific.

Purpose — to explore and map ancestral stories through creative and somatic wellness practices, shifting perspectives and revealing strengths to support our present lives.

Facilitator — Jamie Grace Davis, MFA

Origin Date and Historical Note — German psychotherapist Bert Hellinger’s work is the original cornerstone of family constellation therapy, created just after WWII. His views are heavily patriarchal, placing great value on antiquated stereotypes and gender roles. We distinguish and separate our contemporary practice from his approach. We acknowledge and encourage a contemporary abolitionist lens through which this framework is offered.

Project valuesawareness, complexity, balance, connection to self & others
