Why do we practice together? Many of us have taken workshops in communication or facilitation (such as nonviolent communication, liberating structures, circling, microsolidarity, theory U, t-group, Bohm dialogue, and authentic relating). And yet, we often don’t have a supportive environment to practice new skills we have learned and take risks to express what really matters. Through continuous practice and experimentation, we can integrate new tools that will help us communicate with more authenticity, integrity, efficacy, and awareness of interpersonal dynamics in life and at work.

Cadence - We host 3 different types of practices spaces; T-group, Bohm Dialogue, and Sandbox. All of them occur on a bi-weekly basis. You can choose which practice you'd like to attend and let us know via the sign-up form below. We will send you a Google Calendar invite with specific time and Zoom link. Drop in when you like. And no commitment is needed. It's just like a pickup soccer/ basketball game!

Tuesday (bi-weekly) 12:00pm-1:30pm Pacific Time / 3:00pm-4:30pm Eastern Time (World Clock Converter) - T-group, hosted by Carol Xu and Justin Navetski Tuesday (bi-weekly, alternate week) 9:30am-11am Pacific Time / 12:30pm-2:00pm Eastern Time (World Clock Converter) - Sandbox, hosted by Sahil
