In this virtual space, we invite each other to put aside our to-do lists, troubles in our past, and uncertainty about the future.

Instead, we use our natural breathing and various contemplative practices as an anchor to relax in the present moment, cultivating a deeper sense of connection and grounding within.

  • Wednesday — 1:00pm-1:20pm Pacific Time (4pm-4:20pm Eastern Time)

What to expect in how we'll share our time together:

  • Share voices & names into the space

  • 10-minute guided or silent meditation (your choice)

  • 5-minute mindful listening and sharing

  • Close session together in community
